It has open space kitchen with bran new owen, microwave and dish washer. The comfortable sofa in the living room can also be used for sleeping extra guests.
Air conditioning in all the rooms and living room and free wifi.
There is check in and cleaning fee 10 eur per person. minimum 50 eur for up to 4 persons and 70 for 5 and more.
Refundable deposit
A fully refundable deposit of guarantee is requested on entering the accommodation to ensure its careful use. For this accommodation, the deposit value is: 500.00 EUR

Conditions and Services for Families Please contact us if you are traveling with kids under the age of 3. In some apartments we offer baby cribs. Apartments are suitable for families, couples and groupe of friends.
The remaining reservation amount must be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card (only in some specified apartments).
Upon arrival guests are asked to leave the damage deposit in cash or do a credit card authorization of an amount equal to the required deposit . The amount varies per apartment, ranging from EUR 100 to EUR 500. Please check the information in the page of the apartment you are choosing. The deposit will be refunded at the moment of check out or maximum in coming 10 days.
The number of guests that can occupy each apartment must be the same shown in the booking. Unless otherwise agreed by easyapartmentrental.com, only the number of persons indicated by the client when booking shall be authorized to use the apartment. The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons allocated for each apartment, except for children under three years old. Pets are only allowed where permission is specifically been granted.
All our apartments are non smoking. Smoking inside might cause charges from the security deposit.
Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damage caused to the apartment during the rental period, by you or your party, will be deducted from the deposit. The same regards to respectful and careful usage of property items, respecting the night (quite) hours and the regulations of the community.

Some specific regulations, rules and requirements might be applied for some apartments and will be specified in the contract signed by the guest and the check in agent at arrival. Cancellations must be communicated in written form by e-mail or fax and must be confirmed by one of our agents. Please note the reservation fee of EUR 50 will not be refunded for cancellations requested by the customer.
If the client cancels a fully paid reservation, a cancellation charge will be applied depending on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period:
• more than 90 days before: 30% of the total amount
• from 60 to 89 days before: 40% of the total amount
• from 30 to 59 days before: 50% of the total amount
• less then 30 days before: 100% of the total amount
In case reservation is made for special dates, such as Christmas, New Year, Easter or International Events, Exibitions, Festivals - 100% of deposit will be kept for any cancellation.
In case that the client changes the dates of the reservation, it will be considered as a new stay and it might be subject to the same cancellation policy.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the total amount of the stay will be charged and nothing will be refunded.
